07 October 2009 Clark meets with Thai officials; visits UNDP-supported project UNDP Administrator Helen Clark met with Thailand Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kasi Piromya in Bangkok. She also visited a project aimed at improving the livelihoods of local fishermen by increasing the population of blue swimmer crabs. 05 October 2009 Fish making a comeback thanks to Cambodians’ conservation efforts Villagers were spurred into action by concerns that an out-of-control catch long practiced by their fellow residents was threatening to wipe out fish species from the lake.
