This section of the UNDP Programme and Operations Policies and Procedures covers policies and procedures related to Contracts, Assets and Procurement and replaces the UNDP Procurement Manual. The content of each sub-section and process of the CAP Policies and Procedures incorporates all past manuals and circulars issued over the years.
